• Lemon Room @ R 700 per night
• Aloe, Fern and Palm Room @ R500 per night
• 10% discount on R2200 if entire house is booked

KIEPERSOL

• 1 & 2 @ R900 per night
• Extra guests @ R250 per person per night
• 10% discount on R2800 if entire both units booked

SILVER OAK CHALETS

• Silver Oak 1 & 2 @ R700 per night
• 10% Discount on R1400 if both units are booked.

CAMP SITES

R350 per night

DAY VISITORS

R30 per person

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates exclude vat
• Right of admission reserved.
• Guests enter property at their own risk.

RESERVATIONS

• Deposit of 50% to confirm reservation. The remaining 50% is payable a week prior to arrival.
• Please note that deposits and payments made for reservations 60 days before date of arrival will forfeit 18%(=commission paid to agents)

• Cancellations done 2 weeks prior to arrival 50% refund
• Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of the booking deposit.
• Guests who have made a booking and do not arrive will be liable for full amount. However Management is prepare to review all cancellations and make a final decision subject to circumstances.
• Damages: A refundable damages deposit of R750 is required and will be repaid to guests on check-out
• Your booking confirmation will specify the maximum number of people permitted to stay in the accommodation during your holiday. Failure to adhere to this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
• Should you depart the unit earlier or before your check-out date, you will not be refunded. 
• Should you mistakenly loose your set of keys or take them with you, please be advised that you will be charged for the set of keys to be replaced or couriered back to us.

• Please note that deposits and payments made for reservations 60 days +(remove) before the(add) date of arrival will forfeit 15%(= commission paid to agents)  - this sentence must say that if the guest cancels they will forfeit this amount. 

 

 

 

NOISE POLICY

• Weekdays: No loud noise after 10pm.
• Weekends: No loud noise after 12pm

 

SMOKING

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

 

CLEANING

• Please leave accommodation units in the condition in which it was found, with all doors and windows securely locked, outdoor furniture duly stored and keys returned to us.
• As these are self catering units, there is no daily cleaning service.

 

LINEN

• Linen is supplied in the apartments and houses, but if you prefer to bring your own linen, please do so
• You are required to supply your own towels for use at the pool

 

LIABILITY

• We accept no liability in the unfortunate event of injury or death of any person in occupation of the rented premises. We accept no liability for any thefts that occur during your occupation. Please contact us if at any stage you have concerns about the security. Any breaches of the security should be reported to the police as soon as possible.
